If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, or it is not the item(s) you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us. Customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Any item being returned must be as originally packaged, with a copy of the original packing list. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Taxes will be refunded as applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Items that are returned and damaged and received as non-sellable will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure returned packages.

All orders are shipped by small parcel regular ground. Any orders placed with expedited requests will be changed for that request.
