If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, or it is not the item(s) you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us. Customer service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.  We must receive notice of any discrepancies within 48 hours of order receipt. Once the discrepancy is reported, all returns must be received within 15 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any item being returned must be as originally packaged, with a copy of the original packing list. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Taxes will be refunded as applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Items that are returned and damaged and received as non-sellable will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure returned packages.

All orders are shipped by small parcel regular ground. Any orders placed with expedited requests will be charged for that request.
